Sometimes the design can be modified, we want an extra bedroom, or we want a bigger living room.
Sometimes it's not what we're looking for:
We like a house, we go to the architect and we want our house to be the same, even if it has one less floor. The client must understand that; each design is unique.
Sometimes the design cannot be changed, we want an additional bedroom, which changes our whole look.

Concept Design
This plan set show images , facades and plan / plans drawn with the function of the house.
What's drawings included
Upon the delivery of the concept design drawings, you will receive a comprehensive set of project documents, including but not limited to: detailed plans for each level of the structure, all characteristic façades, section views, roof plan, and high-quality rendered images of the project. These documents will be provided in PDF format for your convenience. Should you require any modifications or adjustments to the design, please do not hesitate to contact me directly for further assistance.
Technical Drawings
This plan set show images , facades and plan / plans drawn with the function of the house.
What's drawings included
In the Technical Drawings section, you will find detailed and accurate drawings, including plans for all levels, façades, sections, roof plans, and 3D renderings. All drawings will include precise dimensions and measurements for clarity and construction purposes. These documents will be delivered in PDF format. For any revisions, please feel free to contact us.
Detailed Drawings
This plan set show images , facades and plan / plans drawn with the function of the house.
What's drawings included
In the Detailed Drawings section, you will receive highly detailed and precise drawings, including all necessary dimensions and measurements. These drawings will cover all aspects of the project. For any required adjustments, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Important Notes :
Each plans is designed to be consistent with International Residence Code Modification may be necessary to meet applicable building code, local climatic and geographic design criteria.
How to Know :
Plan licenses : are non-transferable and cannot be sold
Plan set : you use one or more plan licenses and you may only build ONE HOME from a set plan
